He graduated from Case University in Cleveland, Ohio, with a Master of Science degree. He has many years of experience, having worked in Aurora, Ohio, for seven years. He focuses on the company's overall performance, focusing on product delivery, project execution, quality control, technical progress, information technology, and customer satisfaction.
He is responsible for overseeing the work of several divisions of the company, including engineering, project management, sales and marketing.
