About Our Directors

Prashant Bongirwar is one of central India’s most prominent real estate figures and one of the industry’s most influential thinkers. He graduated in B.E. Civil from YCCE College, Nagpur and MBA in Human Resource Development & Marketing from Dr. C.V Raman University. From the outset, Mr. Prashant Bongirwar has been committed to delivering quality, value, and beauty.

Our renowned leader, Mr. Prashant Bongirwar, has accumulated years of experience in founding and leading various firms, which has enhanced his talents, legacy, and passion. He created the Metrocity Group, a company synonymous with excellence, through a relentless pursuit of quality and true corporate principles.

Mr. Vishal Gandewar is responsible for the company’s strategic vision, defines the goals and objectives of the organisation, and guides the company to achieve them. He graduated from Case University in Cleveland, Ohio, with a Master of Science degree. He has many years of experience, having worked in Aurora, Ohio, for seven years. He focuses on the company’s overall performance, focusing on product delivery, project execution, quality control, technical progress, information technology, and customer satisfaction.

He is responsible for overseeing the work of several divisions of the company, including engineering, project management, sales and marketing.

Mr. Vedant Bongirwar is responsible for working closely with our internal work system design, construction, digitization, and automation teams. He has done B.Tech from VIT, Pune and an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR, Pune. He works with various teams to get a clear understanding of the scope of work and project programming needed to successfully complete each of our projects on time and within budget as comprehensive construction. He’s also responsible for analysing construction feasibility & costs, developing overall project  budget, and overseeing our procurement process.
